G2P Driving School – Terms and Conditions

By booking a lesson or using our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions set by G2P Driving School.

1. Privacy & Personal Information

​

G2P Driving School respects your privacy. We collect personal information, including your name, contact details, learner’s permit/license information, and lesson history. This information is used only for booking, communication, instruction, and payment purposes.
Your data is stored securely and not shared with third parties unless legally required. You may request access to or delete your data anytime by contacting us.

2. Dash Cam & In-Car Camera Footage

​

Our vehicles have dash cams and in-car cameras that may record video and audio during lessons and test car hire.
Footage is used for:

• Safety and incident review

• Instructor training and performance

• Resolving complaints or legal issues

By attending lessons or hiring the test car, you consent to being recorded. Footage is stored securely and not shared unless legally required or with your written permission. All recordings are deleted after a reasonable period unless needed for official purposes.

3. Data Handling

​

All personal and lesson data is protected and can only be accessed by authorized personnel. If you wish to access or remove your records, please contact us.

4. Lesson Cancellations & No-Shows

​

• Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance

• Cancellations under 24 hours will be charged 50% of the lesson fee

• No-shows or same-day cancellations will be charged 100% of the fee

• Repeated late cancellations or no-shows may result in limited or blocked bookings

• ​

5. Payment Terms

​

• Lessons must be paid in advance or at the time of the lesson

• Late payments may result in extra fees or lesson cancellations

• Prepaid packages must be used within 6 months of purchase

• ​

6. Driving Test Car Hire – Damage Responsibility, Payment & Cancellation

​

If you hire a G2P Driving School vehicle for your driving test:

• Payment for the car hire is due at the time of booking to secure your booking

• You are fully responsible for the car during the entire period of use

• Any damage that occurs during the test or while travelling to/from the test centre is your responsibility

• You must cover all costs of repairs resulting from any damage

• The vehicle will be checked before and after the test

Test Cancellation Policy (Car Hire):
If your driving test is cancelled with less than 24 hours' notice, the car hire fee will not be refunded, as the car and instructor were reserved for your booking.

However, G2P Driving School will provide a Car Hire Reclaim Form, which you may use to request reimbursement through the test centre or relevant authority (if eligible).

7. Responsibility for Test Results

​

G2P Driving School provides professional instruction, but we do not guarantee you will pass your driving test.
Your test outcome depends on your performance, examiner decisions, and road conditions. We are not liable for failed tests.

8. Student Conduct

​

Students must be respectful and follow all road rules and instructions during lessons.
Instructors may end any lesson immediately if they feel unsafe or disrespected—no refund will be issued for that session.

9. Instructor Cancellations & Vehicle Issues

​

Lessons may be cancelled or rescheduled due to instructor illness, vehicle breakdown, or other unexpected circumstances.
We will notify you immediately and offer a refund or a new booking. G2P is not responsible for any inconvenience or costs resulting from these cancellations.

10. Refunds for Lesson Packages

​

Refunds for unused lessons in prepaid packages may be provided upon request. Lessons already completed will be deducted at the standard rate, and an admin fee may apply.
Packages expire 6 months from the purchase date unless otherwise agreed.

11. Parent/Guardian Consent for Underage Students

​

If the student is under 18, parental or guardian consent is required before starting lessons with G2P Driving School.

12. Booking Your Driving Test

​

Students are responsible for booking their driving tests with the RSA 

​

13. Changes to Terms

​

These terms and conditions may be updated at any time. We will notify students of any essential changes through direct communication.
